HEAD OFFICE
It is established in a rented houses since 2000. Total of 14 employees work from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm from Monday to Friday and till 02:00 pm on Saturday. It also has a fleet of 7 Vehicles which work on different projects. List of Employees is as under:

Education Office 315-C
This office has been established in collaboration with Brain Scoop and Abdul Aziz Education Welfare Trust. Helpline is currently spending an amount of Rs. 20,000/- per month. Whereas, so far, no share from other, above mentioned, collaborators is received.
SUB OFFICES
Beside Head Office at Lahore, Helpline is maintaining 4n other offices at following places:
Tando Allah Yar
It has been established in a rented building along with IT Lab of Brain Scoop. The rent and other expenditures are being shared with Brain Scoop. Total monthly expensiture is Rs. 185,565. In addition, a sum of Rs. 18,000/month is being spent on running RO Plant, donated by Hassene.
Karachi
This office is primarily established for fund raising from Sindh, in general, and Karachi in particular. The office building is being shared with “Reformer’s Group”. Current expenditure of this office is Rs. 49,000/- (Rent + Utilities).
Bahawalpur
This office has been established in collaboration with “Bench Mark an Auxiliary of Transdata”, which are running a computer lab in this office. Helpline is spending an amount of Rs. 107,000/- per month on this office. “Bench Mark” is sharing Rs. 25,000/- per month for the running of IT Lab. In addition, another IT Lab of “Brain Scoop” has been established at Bahawalpur Office.
Islamabad
This office has been established to cater for Helpline’s projects in KPK and GB. A sum of Rs. 90,000/- per month is being spent by Helpline on account of rent, salary of coordinators and maintenance etc.
